Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TeakCo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it in its original protective packaging to prevent damage to the teak surfaces during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
